Setting up song integrations now only requires a General Permissions Administrator, not an Organization Administrator of your entire Planning Center account.
When Planning Center started, to change CCLI settings or set up integrations with SongSelect or RehearsalMix, you had to be one of the few Organization Administrators. They were over the entire account, but at the time that was just volunteer scheduling and worship planning. Now that Planning Center can be your entire church management system, it's not ideal to have to give someone access to the entire system just to set up song integrations. Those integrations can now be set up by anyone with a General Permission of Administrator.
