Each person in Planning Center can have multiple email addresses on their profile. Even though only one email can be starred as their primary email, until now, any time they were sent an email from Services (and most other Planning Center products), it would be sent to all email addresses on their profile.
We have improved this so that Services will now only send emails to a person's primary email address. This is also being rolled out gradually to all Planning Center products so that the experience is consistent no matter where you send an email from within Planning Center.
Each person can designate a primary email by going to their profile on the web site or in the mobile app, and then clicking the star next to the email they'd like to mark as primary.
