Access Rehearsal Tools (Rehearsal Tab)

If you're on a Rehearsal Team, you can easily access your songs and files from a plan Rehearse tab.

Notice

If you are not on a Rehearsal Team, you can access plan files from the Order tab, depending on your file access permissions.

1. From the dropdown, select any combination of songs, media, or items.

2. View details and files associated with the selected item.

3. Access Web Music Stand.

4. Access the Media Player or Song Book.

5. Update the details shown for the selected item.

Notice

If your organization is using Limited File Visibility and you have Viewer permissions or higher, files assigned to your position are at the top, and files for others are grayed out and are at the end of each list. Scheduled Viewers still only see the files assigned to their position.

Access Individual Song Files

To download or link to individual song files, such as chord charts, lyrics, or audio files:

1. Select the song in the left panel.

2. Hover over the file name.

3. Click the icon to download or link to the file.

Stream Songs

To stream songs in the plan, click Media Player.

Notice

Audio files, Youtube, and Vimeo links are visible in the media player, but third-party links to Spotify and Apple Music will not be included.

The media player opens and starts playing the first song in the service order.

1. Pop out the media to an external player.

2. When videos are ready to be played, they show up at the top of the panel. To play a video, press the play button.

3. Play the media or skip to the previous or next media item in the service order.

4. To loop the media that's currently playing, toggle the button green.

5. Click the x to close the Media Player.

Download Song PDFs

To download a PDF of selected files from the plan, click Songbook.

Select the file types that you want to include in the Songbook, and then click Accept.

Notice

Limited file access must be enabled, and the available file types depend on which files have been attached to plan items.
