You can take attendance for one or more teams to track which team members served for a particular plan.
Important
Editors and Administrators can take attendance for any team, but Schedulers can take only attendance for the teams that they lead.
Some of the ways you can use Services attendance information include:

Check in event volunteers in Services instead of registering them for a Registrations event.

View the events a person attended from their activity tab.

Use Attendance as a condition when creating a list in People.
To take attendance, select Take Attendance from a team dropdown.
Then you can choose the time and who was present.

Choose the time that you want to take attendance for.

Select the people who were present.
A separate checkmark shows for each time the person attended, and the checkmarks are color-coded to reflect the day that the person attended.
Notice
If you use the Check-Ins and Services Integration to take attendance, that attendance will also show as a checkmark by a person's name.
