Sep 2 - Time Zones and Archived Plans

Earlier this year we introduced the ability to link a Service Type with a Campus and its Time Zone. This allowed Calendar Subscriptions to work correctly for people in different Time Zones than the primary Campus. 

Every night a midnight we 'archive' any plans who don't have more dates or times in the future. We were using the Organization's primary Time Zone for this, which was causing some Campuses far away from the primary campus to have their plans archived before they even happened.

As of today, plans for each Service Type are not 'archived' until midnight in their own time zone, which is defined by the Campus associated with that Service Type. No more plans that disappear before they've even happened!
