A folder allows you to organize Service Types for different campuses or ministries within your church. You can also reorder Service Types within a folder by editing the folder.

Warning

Only Administrators have the ability to add and edit folders.

Create a Folder

From the main Plans page, click the gear menu, and then choose Add Folder.

  1. Name your folder based on a campus or ministry--or any other way you're organizing.

  2. If your church has multiple campuses , you can associate this folder with a campus. If not, just leave it set to None. If you have Campuses in multiple time zones, setting the Campus here makes sure when reminder emails are sent or users subscribe to a Calendar feed, their times are in the right timezone.

Select Accept to add the folder.
