Adding Series Artwork to your plans and linking multiple plans to that series

This lesson shows how to add an image to several plans that are all in the same series.

On the main Plans page, click on the date of the first plan in your series.

Add the name of your series.

Click Add Art if you would like to add series artwork.

Click Choose File to add an image.

Planning Center will connect this image to any other plans that also have the exact same series title as this plan. If you don't see other plans listed here and you think you should, just go into those plans and make sure you've added the series title there just like we did in step 2 of this article.

Since November 3rd is not included with the image, that means I did not add the series title "Joshua: Campaign for the Promise" to that plan. If I wanted it to be linked, I would just click on November 3, 2013 and repeat step 2 of this lesson.
