Service Type Reports

Create a report of all of the songs or people who have been scheduled to a Service Type to help you see what songs have been used or create a report for a volunteer to see how often they've served in a particular Service Type.

Select reports within the Service Type you'd like to view.

Under your Service Type, click on the 'reports' link

You'll be taken to the Service Type Reports tab where you can choose to view a report about the people, songs, or service length associated with that Service Type.

Select what you would like a report of, and which dates you want the report to span.

Use the dropdown to choose the time frame of each report.

People Report

View people who have been scheduled to plans based on the time frame selected as well as the team.

people report
  1. The report will show My Teams by default, but you can choose a team to narrow down the people listed in the report. If a person is scheduled to multiple teams, only information for teams chosen in this filter will be shown.
  2. View the stats based on the timeframe and team selections:
    • Graph of statuses
    • Total number of people scheduled
    • Number of new people scheduled
    • Number of people scheduled per plan
  3. View individual information:
    • If a person is scheduled for the first time, they'll have a NEW label next to their name.
    • If people are scheduled for multiple positions in the plan, their statuses for the positions will be stacked.
  4. Select the printer to open a printable version of the report.

To view the list based on a different column, select the column name, and the list will sort.

Songs Report

View the songs scheduled over the time frame selected.

  1. View the stats based on the timeframe:
    • Total number of songs scheduled
    • Number of new songs scheduled
    • Number of songs scheduled per plan
  2. View individual song information, such as a song scheduled for the first time in this Service Type or the plan dates of the scheduled song.
  3. Select the printer to open a printable version of the report.
Service Length Report

If you use Services LIVE, view how well you're tracking and staying on pace with your planned item lengths.

  1. View the stats based on the timeframe:
    • Time for the plan based on item lengths
    • Time shown by LIVE
    • Time difference between the two--this number will be green if it's under the planned length and red if it's over.
  2. Hover over individual plans to see how far off the planned length times were from the LIVE times and if LIVE was even used during the service.
  3. Select the printer to open a printable version of the report.

If a report isn't loading, narrow your date range to a shorter amount of time.
