Access Rehearsal Tools (Order Tab)

Before and during rehearsal, you can access music, stream songs, print music, and download song attachments from a plan.

Notice

If you're on a Rehearsal Team, you can also access your songs and files from a plan Rehearse tab.

Stream Songs

To stream songs in the plan, click the Rehearse menu and choose Media Player.

Notice

Audio files, Youtube, and Vimeo links are visible in the media player, but third-party links to Spotify and Apple Music will not be included.

The media player opens to the right of the plan and starts playing the first song in the service order.

  1. When videos are ready to be played, they show up at the top of the panel. To play a video, press the play button.

  2. To access the audio controls, toggle the button so that it turns green.

  3. Play the media, or skip to the previous or next media item in the service order.

  4. To loop the media that's currently playing, toggle the button green.

  5. Pop out the media to an external player.

  6. Download the media.

To close the Media Player, click the x in the top right corner, which will stop the music.

Download Song PDFs

To download a PDF of selected files from the plan, click the Rehearse menu and choose Songbook PDF.

Select the file types that you want to include in the Songbook, and then click Accept.

Notice

Limited file access must be enabled, and the available file types depend on which files have been attached to plan items.

Access Individual Song Files

To download or link to individual song files, such as chord charts, lyrics, and audio file from a plan, click the paperclip icon next to a song.

Go to the Files tab, and hover over the file name. Click the icon to download or link to the file.

Use Music Stand

if your church has subscribed to Music Stand, you can access lyrics and chord charts using the Music Stand app on an iOS or Android device or you can access the web version of Music Stand from the Rehearse menu if you don't have the mobile app.
