Sending to an existing person

You can send a Welcome Email to a person or group of people at any time. To send to an individual person, go to their profile, and click their email address in the Header. Or from the main people page, just click their email address.

To send to a group, filter your people from the main people page and  and click the "email" button at the top.

Feel free to edit the Welcome Email but be careful of code {{inside of curly braces}}. The default welcome email sends different text based on what permission each person has. If they have Scheduler permissions or higher, there are two paragraphs with information on on setting up and learning how to schedule. These are the two paragraphs after the line {% if to.scheduler_at_all? %}

If their permissions are lower than a Scheduler, it won't send them those 2 paragraphs and will send them the paragraph after {% else %} instead.

All users will be sent the final paragraph after {% endif %}

You can also create custom Welcome email templates by clicking the "Edit Templates" button at the top right.
