When you have sermon slides, videos, curriculum, or other forms of media that you want to use in your service, you can easily store them in your Media library to use in a plan.
Tip
You can sync media files with supported third-party presentation software to show on the screen during your service.
A media item is a container for one or more media files. You can add different media types (such as PDFs and videos) to a single media item.
To create a media item:

Choose Media from the top navigation bar in Services.

Select Add media at the top right.

Enter a title and add additional information that describes the media. You can choose a date to Auto-Archive this item, add tags, and enable file attachments.

Select Submit to create the media item. If you choose the Upload or link files option, you can select which file to upload in the following screen.

Use the Image Sizing Guide to upload the right size and file type.
From the Media Item page, you can edit the media information, view the item's scheduling information, add files, update archive options, and add notes and tags.
To set a thumbnail for an image or video:
After a file is added to a media item page, you can edit, view, download, or play the file.

Choose Media from the top navigation bar to open your media library.

Use filters to search for media items.

Select an item to open the corresponding media page.

Hover over a file to see a popup menu with the following options:

Select the first icon (the ✏️ edit icon) to edit the file tags and view license information.

Select the second icon to open or download the file, depending on the file type.

Select the third icon to play or view the file, depending on the file type.

Tip
You can hover over a file attachment and type d to download or x to delete it.
