Before using a song in a plan, an Editor or Admin needs to add the song to your Song library. You can search for a song in the CCLI database or add your own song.
Tip
If you get chord charts or audio from RehearsalPacks, PraiseCharts, RehearsalMix, or SongSelect, you should set up those integrations first. Then you can add these songs to your plans and the related files will show there, too.
From the Songs page, click Add a Song.
Choose the Popular Recordings or the All Songs tab, and then search for a song in the CCLI database or create a new song.
-
To search for a song: Choose either the Popular Recordings or All Songs tab, type the name of the song, and then select the song from the list.
-
To create your own song: Type in the name of the song and click the Create a new Song button.
Complete the details, such as song tags, arrangement details like keys, and file options, including RehearsalPack, SongSelect, PraiseCharts, or RehearsalMix.
Once you've entered all the information, click Submit to be taken to the arrangement that you created.
Popular Recordings allows you to search the MultiTracks database for popular recordings of a song. You can click on the album art for a song to determine if this is the version of the song that you want. When you select a song from the Popular Recordings list, you will get the information filled out for the arrangement that you chose.
All Songs allows you to search for all songs in the CCLI SongSelect database.
