Emailing Your Teams and Positions
You can email a whole team or everyone assigned to a position at one time from the Teams Settings.
Within any plan, click the gear next to Teams to get to the Teams Settings.
Hover over the Team and click the email icon to email everyone on the Team.
Hover over the Position and click the email icon to email everyone assigned to the Position.
Create the subject and the body of the email. The people who will be emailed are listed at the top.
To remove anyone from the email list, click the x next to that person's name; add anyone by typing over Add.
If you've created email templates, you can choose those from the dropdown at the top or edit them by clicking Edit Templates.
When finished, click Send.
