Plan page overview

Individual plan pages hold the order of service, teams, and more information that help those scheduled to the plan understand what to expect.

Header

The plan header gives an overview of the current plan and allows you to move to the next plan.

1. Move back and forth between plans.

2. Print a plan report.

3. Access the Matrix.

4. Action Menu includes: print, export/copy, clear order, delete, series and title tools, collaborators, and settings.

5. Use the Connections button to move to this event in Calendar (if enabled).

Left panel

The left panel has sections that can be expanded or collapsed to view service times, scheduled teams, plan files and notes, and plan collaborators.

When expanded, you also have the additional options to reschedule your plan.

Order tab

The Order tab of a plan contains plan items, notes, and access to rehearsal tools.

1. Connect to Services LIVE, delete all items, or share the plan.

2. Access rehearsal tools.

3. Add items to the plan.

4. Scroll buttons if your item details are wider than your screen.

5. Choose which information to display about plan items and adjust the plan view.

You can view more information about each item by choosing which columns to show.

1. Choose the times, songs, and notes that display for each item.

2. The Expanded view displays larger text and allows white space between items. The Condensed view allows more item details to display on the screen.

3. Select to use the custom item row colors set in the Service Type Settings.

Teams tab

The Teams tab holds all of the information on the people and teams scheduled to the plan.

1. Schedule people to individual teams, send scheduling emails, or enable signups.

2. View the status of team members scheduled to the plan, or adjust needed positions for the team.

3. Send a scheduling email to all people scheduled to the plan.

4. Take action on all teams in the plan, including:

   • Add people 

   • Import a template 

   • Needed positions 

   • Auto-schedule 

   • Email people 

   • Chat

   • Take attendance 

   • Bulk edit 

   • Manage teams 

Rehearse tab

The Rehearsal tab allows your rehearsal teams to access all the tools they need for rehearsal in one place.
